By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchase and Pricing

‍Tickets for BOUNCE are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.  

Ticket prices are as advertised at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without notice but will not affect previously purchased tickets.

The Event/workshops are open to individuals aged 18 and above. Attendees may be asked to present valid ID upon entry.

All payments must be made via the payment methods available on our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Upon successful purchase, an email confirmation with your electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive your ticket, it is your responsibility to contact us.

‍Your Ticket

‍All tickets are issued electronically and must be presented at the Event on a mobile device. Please do not print your ticket. Please see registration times included in your ticket information.

For suspended tickets, a lottery will be conducted and those who have subscribed to get one of these tickets will be notified in advance by email if they have been selected.

For Group bookings names of attendees must be provided via email in advance of the event. 

‍Refunds / Cancellation

‍All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted unless the Event is canceled or rescheduled.

BOUNCE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Replacements may not be issued.In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of the cancellation announcement.

If the Event/Workshop is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 30 days of the reschedule announcement.

BOUNCE is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of force majeure, that may cause the Event to be postponed or canceled.You must present a valid ticket for entry to the Event. The Event staff reserves the right to deny entry to any individual without a valid ticket or who violates any of these terms and conditions.

The following items are prohibited at the Event, e.g., weapons, illegal drugs. Attendees may be subject to a security search upon entry.All attendees must behave in a respectful and orderly manner at all times. The Event staff reserves the right to remove anyone who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.

Photography /Promotion Consent

‍By attending the Event/workshop, you acknowledge that photographs, video, and other recordings may be taken. You consent to being photographed or filmed and to your image being used for promotional purposes without compensation.

BOUNCE reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
