About the Session
What to expect?
Dive into kinetic typography and liquid experiments, exploring both analog and digital techniques. Expect lots of creative thinking and playful exploration as you mix materials and processes to create unique designs. You’ll also learn how to animate typography using After Effects, blending digital type with analog textures like transparent liquids to add depth and distortion.
Who is it for?
Anyone with basic knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects, and a willingness to experiment and get messy!
What to bring?
- A laptop with Photoshop and After Effects installed (it will need to stand on its monitor, but don't worry—it’s safe!)
- A phone or digital camera with a tripod for capturing work (tripods will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have one).
- Please arrive 10 mins ahead of time to get ready for the workshop.
